We officially handed over the keys to our first set of proud homeowners during a Welcome Reception on the lawns of Richmond on Sunday, April 4. These homeowners are among the 169 who we are expecting to welcome into their new homes at The Palms during this year.

As our homeowners settle in, they can look forward to an array of community amenities that will become available in the coming months as we near completion of this phase. These include the Swimming Pool & Club House, Kiddies Playground, and Tranquility Park.
